There goes another one, or two
I love it when a senior officer gets in a bit of a pickle. Sean Price, Chief Constable of Cleveland and his Deputy, Derek Bonnard, have created a bit of a fuss today, being as Sean has the distinction of being the first chief constable to be arrested on suspicion of a crime for fifty years.
Both have been nicked today during investigations into police corruption, part of which is to do with Price allegedly using undue influence to get a favoured person a contract with the force.
I think this is the third such allegation amongst ACPO rank officers in the last few months.
I wonder how many others are at it.
