Over the last 10 years, this Government’s speed centric policy has seriously damaged road safety, financially mugged billions of law abiding, safe motorists and created a massive culture of illegal motorists using uninsured, untaxed and potentially dangerous vehicles. And ‘environmental taxation’ is one of the biggest international con tricks of all time.
