Blue Light Aware

Posted in The Job - General, Videos by 200

Doing my bit for public service broadcasting, you might like to check out the video below which is a little educational ditty on what to do when you see a blue light, given that half the people who have an emergency vehicle come up behind them seem to turn into muppets.

Thankyou. That was very educational. I think it should be shown fairly often on the various tv channels.

Excellent video. As posted above, it would helps if Jo Public was shown this quite regularly. It also wouldn’t hurt one or two coppers I know who get red mist on blue light runs and seem to forget things like the fact that they should not be overtaking on such runs on double white lines when the cars ahead are still moving, or expecting cars to contravene the stop line at lights when they try and force their way through. Education all round me thinks.

I confess to having the ‘blues and two;s’ red mist, but for sheer shittery, the cup has to go to the POS who deliberately slowed down, and casually flicked the ash from a ciggy while doing it.

    B^^^^^d.

Yes, and when are the muppets on B&2s going to realise that you can’t always tell where a sound is coming from, especially when driving in a town? And when are they going to realise that when you tailgate someone that the roof light cannot be seen in your rear view mirror? And, this really pi$$es me off, are they going to stop risking accidents by driving the wrong way round roundabouts and up one-way streets just for minor crimes?

I am not against the emergency services, but some of the things I have seen individuals do really annoy me.
