Another police blog - a long time ago, probably when 200 weeks appeared plausible, might be down to 100-150 weeks now?

Also from mousie, which I linked to from either neenaw.co.uk or randomreality.blogware.com. Can’t remember. Another good blog to add to the list.
As a 999 (Ambulance) call taker, it’s important to be able to visualise the situation that the caller faces during the call. Time spent browsing through blogs like yours is a great investment. Thanks for taking the time to write.

found your blog some months back through a link on another cop-blog (sorry cant recall which one). I must admit that, being a bit of a lazy sod, I do not actually ‘hit’ your blog each day - I get Feedblitz to send me a daily Digest of every blog I’ve subscribed to. I do hope that Feedblitz checkign your site daily gives you a stat - after all we all know important stats are!!
Keep up the good work

My husband is a member of the “Safe Speed” forum, and someone on there had provided a link through to you blog.
I am a blogger, although not prolific of late, and I love reading other blogs. Yours has been interesting, and I can sympathise as my brother is in the Staffs force, and has been there since he left police college back in the early 90s. I know that policing has change a great deal since then… I know he is planning to get out “early”, although I have no idea how much longer he has to work for, before he’s done his bit!!
I am adding you to my favourites, and good luck with the once-a-day thing!!!

I read quite a lot of Public Service blogs, Gadget, Mousethinks, Tom Reynolds, Siren Voices, Nightjack, NHS Doctor, Frank Chalk, Area Search No Trace, NeeNaw, Which End Bites…..oh and ScaryDuck….and I use Google Reader to keep up with them all.
Google has a useful feature in that it recommends blogs of similar content to that I normally read….and it recommended yours, so I came to have a look.
I’m working backwards, and I’m up to Feb 15th 2008 so theres a way to go yet.
I’m ex-army, ex-paramedic, now working as an IT geek at an educational establishment so I can empathise with the style of the blog. Keep it up!!! and never forget:
