Gotta dance
I love the old Gene Kelly movies. I think there is something in this old 6’3, eighteen stone monolith which wishes I could have had those dance moves somewhere in me, I know Mrs Weeks does.
So I’m impressed by NPYD cop Wilbert Castillo who has been directing traffic in New York for 10 years.
The 47 year old dances his way through an eight hour shift. Not as flamboyant as some of the dancing traffic cops I’ve seen over the years but one to brighten the day none-the-less.

He certainly throws himself into the job, leading me to reflect upon how well male police dancers of his stature could throw a small woman around the floor.
I would be less than happy to place any reliance upon understanding him verbally although I could just about commit to correct interpretation of the gestures, signing and general body language.

Maybe you could put your Doctorate to good use, pop over and do some crystal healing on her cut head?
If that doesn`t help I expect the £100,000 compensation will ease the pain.

there are many stories about him posted on the net & they all refer to him as a ‘cop’ ‘police officer’ or ‘traffic police’, he’s certainly wearing an NYPD shoulder patch.

Done a bit of digging to satisfy my curiosity and I think you’ll find he’s a Traffic Agent. They are civilians employed by the NYPD in a similar role to traffic wardens. The uniform is virtually identical to NY police but the giveaway is no gun!
Still a good video though!
