Relying on Technology

Sometimes Taser doesn’t work.

The following footage from the States, shows an male wanted for a violent assault attacking an officer who deploys Taser. For some reason it has not effect.

Taser may not work,…… but Armed backup certainly does!

I simply cannot guess what provoked that nasty baddie into an attempt at disarming the pleasant goodie. Relatives in the States, 200?

We had a non compliant customer who had a whole cannister of CS sprayed in his face. He just shook his head and shouted, ‘If any of you do that again I’m going to go f***ing mad…..

We had similar chap-struck so many times with various batons he looked like a zebra… Turned out he was ex Spetznaz (Russian special forces)…

Hard as nails, but sorted by the old gaffer that gave him a kick to the family jewels…

    Gentlemen and 200,

A citizen view of an ‘accidental’ tasering attracted more than a thousand votes of support in today’s Daily Mail. Here it is:

“The man appeared to become aggressive”, this is complete cobblers. It’s a “catch-all phrase” so they can pull out a tazer anytime they like.

I hope he sues them for millions, and the officer loses his job.

I wonder if they can use Tazers in the rain? Wouldn’t they electrocute themselves? MIght not be a bad idea!!!

Drugs (mainly as they overcome the mental element of it), bad grounding on one of the contacts (hitting a button / thick area of clothing) can all mean that the taser is ineffective vs robust individuals.

Melvin; still trolling I see? Probably the only thing you can do you little keyboard warrior after all you’ve failed at in the real world!

200/Shijuro; i’ve heard a similar one about an ex champion bare-knuckle fighter. Known for kicking off (and knocking out) vs police when arrested so the local skipper sent a fully-crewed battle bus of 8 in riot gear down. When he finally stopped fighting back he had a broken arm, greenstick’ed ankle and a badly broken enough hand that it needed 6-7h of surgery to set all the bones; the arm from some baton strikes, but mainly self-inflicted by punching/kicking the shields / helmets! (hint: your bones are not harder than metal/high-stress reinforced plastics!).

The guy telling the story was one who got hit repeatedly; hard enough (through the NATO helmet) that he had to get checked out for concussion by the force doc!

Some thought it would be years before we heard from you again and just look how wrong you have proved them all to be, Binary! Let me add my own congratulations for finally making bail in the Mr Gay UK case.
