If only those so inclined would do this in their own private gene pool.

I once took a long slide like the rider in the first vid, but unlike him I was wearing full leathers with back, hip and joint protectors. When I staggered back to my feet and checked myself over, I found my leathers had been worn through in the main contact areas. The idea of sliding like that in shorts and shirt-sleeves makes me shudder. (And no, I wasn’t being a dick—hit a diesel spill midway through a fast sweeper.)

Moral to story, if you are going to be a dick..Wear protection.
Even the best can only do so much. I still have some rubbish in an elbow from a slow spill on diesel. Bugger.

David Bratzer says:
I thought the guy on the blue bike in the top video did a good job of falling (if there is such a thing). He saw the bike was about to go down, jumped off, landed on his back, then slid along with his feet forward to minimize damage to vulnerable areas of his body. The other bikers did an amazing job of not hitting him. By the last few frames, you can actually see him standing up by the guard rail, apparently injured.
It makes up, in a way, for his earlier stupidity.
