		<description>I can&#039;t say I&#039;m in the slightest bit bothered about the random sampling. I suppose it acts as a reassurance to the public. It shouldn&#039;t be necessary but I suppose some bobbies may be tempted on a weekend off to dabble in one snorty or sucky thing. Hopefully this will make them think twice which I suppose is the idea. I worked out though that the number of officers and planned monthly tests means every officer can expect to be tested once every 5 years. Our chief has been tested to prove how good and easy it is. I wonder if he had any prior warning or if he will ever be tested again?!</description>

On the other, what a complete waste of money. The bean counters are always going on about how cash strapped everyone is and then come out with this.
