		<description>I have to agree with you wholeheartedly on this one. There is a huge problem with officer fitness. We have many 25 year old officers with the physique and mentality of 55 year olds. The trouble is that they ride about in nice cars talking to their partners and occasionally drag themselves out to deal with a call or two. If they are posted to a walking beat on their own they start squawking about officer safety. No exercise at work or away from work. I can&#039;t see it getting better. I herad the fitness standard was dropped so that older people could join. I think that the &#039;bleep test&#039; is now down to level 5 during training,which is pathetic.</description>
